Wildlife
 

Our community consists of an abundance of critters.  In the spring you may see a momma doe out with her fawns.  The turkeys and their poults occasionally stop traffic.  An eagle and her eglets nest in trees near the lake along with a fellow osprey who has been known to steal away a fish.  A fox may be seen drinking from the lake or romping around.  We even had a young black bear who felt birdfeeders were a tasty treat.   We haven't spotted a coyote in a while, but we hear them yipping, so keep an eye on small dogs and of course children.  These critters are beautiful, but they are wild.
